Goji Recipe: Goji Berry and Apple Salad

This is probably one of the most easiest Goji Berry recipes you will ever see!

Ingredients:

Two Apples - nicely diced
Walnuts – three tbsp.
Pine nuts – three tbsp.
Sunflower seeds – three tbsp.
Goji Berries (soaked) - three tbsp.

Preparation:

Pour all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them together. To bring some additional flavors, you can sprinkle a little salt, paper, or black salt.
