Goji Recipe: Breakfast Burrito

One large collard or kale leaf
One small banana
1tb honey
1/4 cup of goji berries, soaked
Five red dates, seeded
One to two table spoon almond butter (optional)

Preperation:

Split the banana down the middle and lay it out within the collard. SIf you are using almond butter, spread it on the banana. Toss the goji berries all over the banana. Wrap the leaf shut — use honey to glue and shut.
