Goji Berry & Sea Bass Soup

Ingredients

 

One sea bass (or any fish of your choice with soft texture)

Half cup Goji Berries
One lb. mushrooms
One scallion (chopped to your taste)
Five slices of fresh ginger root
Five cups of broth
Salt (according to your taste)
Five Tablespoons of good wine (rice wine works best)

One teaspoon hoisin sauce

 

Cooking Instruction

 

Coat the fish with one tbsp of rice wine and some salt
Add the Goji Berries, scallion, mushrooms, sliced ginger, and the hoisin sauce.
Boil the broth in a separate sauce pan large enough to add the fish later.
Place the seasoned fish into the sauce pan containing the broth.
Simmer the soup in medium heat until the fish is done (appx. twenty minutes).
Season with rice wine and salt before serving
