I had been taking an anti-depressant for about two months and feeling worse and worse - only felt like crying and sleeping, always tired, no energy whatsoever… I started eating Goji berries and began smiling again. This is absolutely true. I’m no longer taking the medication. Goji does deserve its name - “the smiling berry”!
